Mark your calendar for the upcoming MCLI/AFA day of learning! The theme this year is “Prepare, Engage and Retain our Students and Instructors for Success” and the event is scheduled for Saturday, November 16th, 2013 from 8:30-a.m. to 2:30 p.m at the Phoenix College, Osborn Campus.
Felicia Lorrain Ganther, the new Associate Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs for Maricopa Community Colleges, will be the key note speaker. Other activities and break-out sessions will facilitate collaboration on active learning strategies for student retention, available resources for educators, using real life experiences in classroom discussions and more!
