Canvas Studio has an excellent tool that allows creators to perfect their videos. Videos that instructors and students create can easily be trimmed and cut to remove unnecessarily pauses or even entire sections of the video to give the video a more polished look.
Studio also allows creators to add custom thumbnails. While the default for video thumbnails is the first frame of the video, that does not have to be the case. Creators can upload images to give videos more style.
If you have not used Studio yet, visit Instructure Community to learn more about Studio. If you have been using Studio for a while, register and attend the CTLE’s Next Steps with Canvas Studio workshop (April 6th at 1:30 via Zoom) to learn 5 different ways to enhance student learning with Studio.
