You can provide the same link for all appointments and have students join your personal room at their designated meeting time. If you set your Webex Personal Room preferences to automatically lock the meeting once it starts, arriving students will wait in a lobby until you allow them into the meeting, so you can ensure the privacy of each appointment (just like a closed office door).

If you want set up a different video conference meeting for each student, stick with Alisa Cooper’s tried-and-true method (but wherever she says “Google Hangouts,” you can mentally substitute a Google Meet, regular Webex Meeting, or Zoom).
