In a world where Canvas is boring, heroic instructors gamify!  Gamification is applying game principals to education and pedagogy. Research dictates courses that are gamified have lower attrition rates and higher student performance over courses that are not gamified. 

You can experience a course that has been gamified by participating in GoT Talk.  You do not have to be current on HBO’s Game of Thrones television series to learn about gamification.  However, if you are a Game of Thrones fan, you will not want to miss this opportunity to experience gamification as well as be able to indulge in Game of Thrones with your GCC colleagues 24 hours a day!
