Guest post by Paul Moore, Adjunct English Instructor

The other day I had an interesting talk with a student about the “links that came up in videos” in the course after the video was finished. This is that classic youTube “related” video thing where it comes up with four recommended videos when something finishes playing. The problem is that algorithm is based not only content from the same author, but also the current viewers recently watched content. In most cases this content will not be something an instructor wants in their course. I did a bit of research on fixing the issue and decided to make a quick tutorial to help others address it. It is not a major issue, but for anyone who does quite a bit of video lectures like I do, it is important to address.
