We hope that you and your mentors are making great progress with your classroom observations and PAR (Probationary Assistance and Review) activities. Just a reminder that you should be making progress on documenting all of your wonderful teaching and professional development activities that you have been doing all semester in your IDP.  Most of you have done an awesome job so far, but as a gentle reminder to everyone, an official draft is due to your Mentors the Friday of Week of Accountability.
