Hoisting the Anchors for a Second Excursion⚓

Friday, October 18th will be day two of the CTLE Fall Conference “Anchors Away: Cruising Toward a Positive Classroom Experience”, and you can still register.

The first excursion of the conference headed out to harbor on Monday, October 14th with Keynote Speaker Zeena Hicks, author of 28 Days of Positivity. Her presentation highlighted the principles of positive psychology, focusing on positive subjective experiences and character strengths. She emphasized how cultivating positive emotions and leveraging personal strengths could enhance well-being, resilience, and overall improved life balance. This Friday we will hoist the anchors for a second time with a packed afternoon of activities hosted via Zoom. There will be eight different presentations and a panel, all focusing on facilitiating and fostering a positive student experience. You can visit Day 2 of the Anchors Away website for a detailed line up of the day’s events. You can also earn 3.5 hours of FPG if you attend the entire event.
