Zeena Hicks, author of “28 Days of Positivity,” is coming to GCC on October 14th. Zeena will be the keynote speaker at the upcoming Anchors Away: Cruising Toward Positive Classroom Experience hosted by the CTLE.
Originally from Dublin and based in the UK, Zeena holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and is midway through her doctorate. Globally accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), she is a lead coach for INSEAD’s global online leadership programs, and a member of International Positive Association (IPPA), Positive Education Schools Association (PESA) and ADHD Europe.
Her book ’28 Days of Positivity’ has been widely praised for distilling positive psychology principles into simple, actionable steps, making this powerfully transformative approach accessible to all.
During Zeena’s presentation, she unravels the myths and unlocks little-known truths about positivity’s real-world impact. Grounded in extensive research from psychology, neuroscience, and human performance studies, you’ll discover the true power of optimistic thinking and how to systematically cultivate it.
