Set-Up Your Email Signature with the eSignature Tool

gcclogoWell, it looks like we are finally moving to the new logos for all the Maricopa colleges. So if you want to help promote a consistent brand and professional image with a standardized email signature, see the instructions below. I gathered this information from the Maricopan.

The district-wide transformation to promote a consistent Maricopa Community Colleges brand presence continues with the launch of a new district-wide email signature tool.

Please set up your new email signature by using the eSignature tool and following the directions below:

  1. Access www.maricopa.edu/esignature
  2. Fill out the form, submit
  3. Press “Highlight”
  4. Copy your signature (Ctrl – C) to the Clipboard
  5. Go to the Mail Settings page in Google Mail
  6. Scroll down to the signature box
  7. Delete any existing content in signature box
  8. Paste the signature from the Clipboard (Ctrl-V)
  9. Save the settings
