Setting Up Your Phone With Your Work Email Account

Setting up your email can get a big confusing, but it is time to get Smart (if you get the joke, then congratulations, you have watched too much TV!) with our smartphones and take our emails with us.

Please remember that it is very important that all communication with students be done from either Canvas or our official email because of FERPA and the Freedom of Information Act.

OK, so how do we do it?

 

Your Email Format

Your email address will be:

YOURMEID@maricopa.edu

Please remember to use the format as given above and all should be smooth sailing!

Adding a Google Account

All smartphones have easy ways to add an account.  You will follow the normal steps while using the email format given above.  Just do what your phone tells you to do and you will be all set!
